Residential Program

We know that rehabilitation isn’t just about detoxing you physically. Rehab is
about dealing with the underlying emotional and psychological issues which
lead to relapse.

Why Residential Treatment

Once you have acknowledged your mental health is compromised or it has become a problem, the next step is getting professional help. For many people this can be overwhelming. MyHab is here to support you. Once entering our 28 day program, we guide you every step of the way. MyHab offers support services and a process which makes recovery attainable. The structure of a residential program can help participants focus without the distraction of the outside world, to truly focus on recovery. All resources are available to help guide you through each stage of recovery, so you don’t get lost along the way. If residential treatment is not a possibility for you, we also provide outpatient programs.

Building Positive Habits

We help our participants understand how to build new, long term, positive habits that support their mental health. MyHab helps create positive behaviours to enable each individual to have a healthier version of themselves, one step at a time!

Our approach encourages our residential clients to build habits that mitigate the chance of relapse in the long-term, and advocate lifestyle changes that support your mental and physical health. We help our participants understand how to build new, long-term positive habits, so they don’t get stuck with quick-fix solutions that will only work against them in the long run.

Establishing Balance

Balancing work, life and personal time can be a challenge. People struggling with addiction issues often take shortcuts to avoid facing these realities. We’ll help you develop healthy boundaries by teaching you how important building meaningful relationships are, as well as self-care practices like exercise or meditation, so that balance isn’t lost on anything else but yourself.  We help our participants understand how building balance in life can support their recovery in the long term. We provide a safe space for those struggling with addiction as they work towards long-term sobriety.

We provide a safe space for those struggling with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and
addiction as they work towards long-term health.

Our Approach to Care

At MyHab, our 28-day residential program is based on the most up to date evidence based research, utilising a recovery based treatment model known as the Minnesota Model of care.

Mental Health is a complicated issue with many layers. Our goals-driven engagement approach removes the need for patient self-judgment, giving them focus on living life fully while taking responsibility over what happens in their own homes - both physically and mentally!
