Our Approach to Care
At MyHab, our 28-day residential program is based on the most up to date evidence based research, utilising a recovery based treatment model known as the Minnesota Model of care.
Engagement
Mental Health is a complicated issue with many layers. Our goals-driven engagement approach removes the need for patient self-judgment, giving them focus on living life fully while taking responsibility over what happens in their own homes - both physically and mentally!
Education
MyHab provide the help and guidance to make sure that patients are equipped with all of their knowledge needed for recovery. We also give them plenty of resources so they can practice what's taught after returning home and continue on their addiction recovery journey.
Counselling
Counselling sessions are designed to address the underlying emotional and psychological issues that accompany compromised mental health. The counsellor will provide practical support, as well as emotional encouragement in order help a person heal.
Ongoing Support
We know that treatment and recovery doesn’t end; instead, it's a continuous process of self-care for patients to continue their success. Our community helps them understand this so they can embrace the value on continued education after leaving!
