Residential Addiction Treatment

Our residential treatment program provides you with personalised care at our state-of-the-art facilities, allowing you to focus on your recovery without the distractions of the outside world.

Residential patients are supported by MyHab’s addiction recovery professionals, with decades of experience working within addiction treatment and mental health services across Australia. Residential patients have full access to MyHab’s facilities, featuring private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and spacious shared common areas to relax.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment

MyHab offers an intensive 2-week outpatient program, utilising our process of group therapy, one-on-one counselling, educational sessions, and peer support, designed to break through denial and give you the best possible chance at achieving long term sustainable recovery from addiction, without the need to be away from your home and outside support at night.

For many people this can be overwhelming, MyHab is here to support you. Once entering our 2-week outpatient addiction rehab program, we guide you every step of the way through the recovery process. Our outpatient addiction treatment gives you the ability to spend your days focusing on recovery while being able to return home to your support network. All resources are available to help guide you through each stage of your recovery, so you don’t get lost along the way. For those in need of extra support, we also provide residential treatment.
